2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, harassment, or sending unsolicited messages.
• No attempts to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Only upload content you have rights to share.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You remain responsible for charges through the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may cancel at any time; some data may be retained as required for compliance or backups.

6. Data & Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents to upload or share contact data.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addressable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
